Rocky Ridge Ranch Motorcycle and ATV Trails
Near Slidell, Texas

Rocky Ridge Ranch is located on Hwy 51 about halfway between Decatur and Gainsville. It is open weekends and costs $10 per bike per day. This is a great family place. There are trails across open pastures, small MX tracks, a scenic lake, picnic areas, and a hill climb. Cross countries were held there in the past and there is a fairly open loop you can ride for a litte workout. They allow camping and have RV hookups. If you want a challenging technical ride, this is not the place. But if you just want to get some riding in (especially in hot weather) or you have a little one or a beginner with you, you'll be glad you chose RRR. Their phone number is (940) 466-3792.

Take Interstate 35 North to Sanger. Exit onto FM455 going West (exit 478).
Stay on FM455 for about 12 miles until you come to FM51.
Turn right on FM51
Travel FM51 for 2-3 miles.
The park will be on the left. There is a sign for the Ranch by the road, and you can see motorcycle tracks coming out of a gravel pit down by the road.
Travel up the paved hill/driveway and pay at the house on top of the hill: Cost $10
Primitive camping available for an extra fee.
